This chocolate yoghurt cake makes one huge cake. Great for serving to hungry hoards. Healthy too with the yoghurt!
You Will Need:
200 g butter, softened
1 cup (with water)strong coffee
1 cup yoghurt
¾ cup cocoa
2 eggs
3 cups self raising flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
¼ tsp salt
Method:
Heat oven to 160˚ C
Grease your roasting dish and set aside.
Sift cocoa, flour and baking soda
Put all ingredients in food processor and beat until thoroughly mixed.
Pour all ingredients into roasting dish and bake for 1 hour.
Ice with choclate icing if desired.
