A very simple flatters’ meal that is great for vegetarians with a gorgeous flavour. It’s also very filling and inexpensive!
Serves 4
You Will Need:
250 g penne pasta
1 onion, finely chopped
425 g canned tuna, drained
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 or 2 lemons
Parsley – finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Cook pasta until al dente.
Mix in, onion, tuna, crushed garlic, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Season with salt and serve.
