Double Chocolate Muffins

Delicious, light and moist. These muffins are a lovely chocolate fix any time of the day.

You Will Need:

1 3/4 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

100g butter

1 egg

1 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method:

Heat oven to 180 C.

Sift the dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

Melt the butter add the remaining ingredients and mix till smooth.

Add the combined liquids to the dry ingredients and fold together until the flour is dampened but not smooth.

Divide between 12 greased muffin pans.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the centres spring back when pressed lightly.

Leave to stand in pans for about 3 minutes before removing to cool on wore rack.
