Sarah’s Ambrosia

Ambrosia means Nectar Of The Gods and this amazing Ambrosia recipe is surely that!

Serves 6

For Ambrosia, you will need:
1kg berry yoghurt (Sarah uses Fruit of The Forest)
300 ml cream, whipped to soft peaks
2 x Moro bars, thinly sliced
1/2 packet marshmallows, sliced
1 punnet fresh berries (if using Strawberries, hulled and halved)

How to make Ambrosia:

Gently fold the yoghurt and cream together – this part can be made ahead.
Gently fold through remaining ingredients just before serving and if desired, garnish with grated chocolate.

Serve in Martini glasses.
