Seafood specialists, Kermadec, have just released new winter menus in both their restaurants.

Kermadec’s chef continues to draw inspiration from the season crafting two superb offerings for both dining establishments.

Patrons at Kermadec’s Fine Dining Restaurant can enjoy a Tasting Menu or chose from the a la carte menu with items such as; Chatham Island king crab, lipstick pepper, pickled tomato, fennel, lemon paste, crab jelly and garden sorrel; or Southern Ocean Gemfish, braised oxtail, cauliflower sponge, parsley purée, with coral vegetables.

The Brasserie & Bar also receives the same loving attention with Grilled deep sea scallops; John Dory with ginger, sorrel and crab; freshly shucked Tio Point and Te Matuku oysters; and roasted Hapuku, clams and fennel as an example of only a few of the dishes on offer.

For the busy lunch crowds the Brasserie & Bar is offering a special lunch menu featuring a different main daily, Monday to Friday, for only $33.00 with a side salad included.

Beautifully situated in Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, Kermadec offers seven venues including the Restaurant, Brasserie & Bar, Tasting Room, Tatami Rooms, Roof Garden, Ocean Dawn Room and Trench Bar.
