Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Crispy Bacon

There is just no better breakfast or brunch combo than creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, served atop of a freshly toasted bagel. This egg recipe is fast, easy and has that wow factor!

Serves 2

You need:

2 Parmesan ABE’S® Real Bagels, butter for spreading
4 eggs, scrambled with milk, salt and pepper and cooked in plenty of butter (the key to perfect scrambled eggs!)
4 Freedom Farms bacon rashers, grilled until crispy
2 tomatoes, sliced in half, topped with cracked pepper and grilled


Split and toast both bagels, butter while still warm
Top with scrambled eggs and bacon rashers, place tomatoes on plate
Serve with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and the newspaper!
