A yummy after dinner treat. Use which ever nuts you like – we used pistachios.

You Will Need:

100 g butter

100 g icing sugar

100 g chocolate buttons, melted

100 g chopped nuts

100 g wine biscuits, crushed

2 tbsp Milo

2 tbsp brandy, rum or orange liquor

Method:

Cream the butter and sugar.

Beat in the melted chocolate, crushed biscuits, Milo and liquor.

Lastly add the nuts.

Roll/shape mixture into form of a log and place onto buttered paper or foil.

Wrap tightly to hold it’s shape and freeze 24 hours.

When firm, cut it up into slices and enjoy .
