Want the perfect breakfast? Well grab some bacon, tomatoes, sourdough and ricotta and you are sorted. A perfect and delissimo breakfast!

For the Perfect Italiano Breakfast, you will need:

8 slices sourdough, toasted
250g Perfect Italiano Ricotta Original
12 mini Roma tomatoes, roasted
8 medium mushrooms, roasted
200g spinach leaves
Black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

How to:
1. Toss tomato and mushrooms with a little olive oil, and roast in hot oven for 10 minutes at 210°C.
2. Heat oil in a small frying pan and wilt spinach over a medium hear for 2 minutes, season with black pepper.
3. Toast bread and keep warm.
4. Spread toast liberally with ricotta and serve hot with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and wilted spinach.

Tip:
This breakfast is also delicious served with crispy bacon and scrambled eggs.
