Ricotta Bruschetta Healthy Food Ideas

Tomatoes, basil leaves, red onion, crispy french bread, olive oil, cheese. Mmmm, what’s not to love about the full-on taste that is Italian Bruschetta. This is a fab, easy bruschetta recipe to enjoy fast and fresh.

Serves 4-6

To make Ricotta Bruschetta, you will need:

250g Perfect Italiano Ricotta for Savoury
12 slices thickly cut French stick
4 ripe tomatoes, deseeded & diced
1 small spanish onion, finely chopped
Black pepper
Olive oil
Fresh basil

How to make Ricotta Bruschetta:

1. Spread the ricotta liberally over the French stick slices.
2. Combine the diced tomato, spanish onion, black pepper and a little olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
3. Spoon the tomato mixture over the ricotta and garnish with basil leaves.
4. Serve Immediately.

Tip:
Tomato may also be seasoned with balsamic vinegar and a little garlic if required.
