This basic biscuit dough recipe is great when baking with kids. The bikkies can be decorated however you like.
This dough will work well in the Kambrook Crazy Crunch Cookie Press featured on our offers page.

You Will Need:
1 c butter, softened
¾ c white sugar
¾ c brown sugar – lightly packed
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ c flour

Method:
Combine butter, sugars, salt and baking soda in cake mixer for about 3 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Reduce the mixer speed and add the sifted flour a little at a time.
Transfer dough to floured work bench and roll out to even thickness and cut desired shapes using cutter.
OR transfer dough to the Kambrook Crazy Crunch Cookie Press.
Bake at 190° C for 10 to 12 minutes on a lined baking tray.

Remove and cool then ice as desired.

Top Tip: This dough is best used when chilled so try to give it a few hours in the fridge before cutting.
