This chocolate cake recipe is fast man! This may well be the shortest recipe ever seen. And the result is incredible,dark, moist chocolate cake. Also a fail-safe wedding cake recipe.

Serves 8

You’ll need:

1 ¾ cups Flour
2 cups of Sugar
¾ cups Cocoa
1 ½ teaspooons of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix well

Then:

2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
½ Cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Beat 2 mins med speed
Stir in 1 cup of just boiled water
Pour into tin shape of your selection – we suggest round.

175 degrees celcius for 35 -40 mins

Ice with runny chocolate icing just still warm, so it drips over the side.
