How to make the Nosh Food Market Pavlova Competition Winning Pav as shown here by Nosh Chef Anthony Joseph, you will need:
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon malt vinegar
1 dessertspoon cornflour
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually and beat each addition until stiff.
TIP: Beat egg whites for as long as possible – up to 15 minutes if time permits.
Add vanilla and vinegar and beat again.
Lastly fold in cornflour.
Spoon onto oven tray lined with baking paper and bake for 2 hours at 130c.
