For the world’s fastest low-fat peach ice cream, empty 2x 400g tins of unsweetened peach slices (preferably from the freezer) into a food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade.
Add 2 tablespoons each Grand Marnier, 1 cup of orange juice (again frozen if poss). 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/3 cup raw sugar or Sucaryl, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (or 1 tbsp. Ceres Almond Butter) and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
With the motor of food processor running, trickle 3/4 to 1 cup evaporated skim milk down the feed tube and churn 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
Freeze 15 minutes and enjoy your own healthy, home-made icecream.
