Something different for the barbecue table! An asian-style slaw with vinaigrette.
1 cup finely sliced red cabbage
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 carrot, grated
1 red capsicum, sliced
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
- Place cabbage, onions, carrot, capsicum and coriander in a serving dish.
- To make dressing, combine oils, vinegar, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
