Even the kids could whip up this easy, no-bake muesli bar snack. Add ingredients to suit your taste and maybe even coat some with chocolate as a healthy treat!

Serves 10-12

For No Bake Muesli Bars, you will need:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup rice bubbles

4 crushed weetbix

1 cup coconut

Half cup mixed fruit

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup honey

1 cup peanut butter

125 g butter

Method:

Combine cereals

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick and caramel in colour.

Add to the dry ingredients.

Mix well and press evenly into a lightly greased tin.

Refrigerate until firm and set then cut to preferred size.
