Chicken and Tomato Wrap

This chicken and tomato chicken wrap is a delicious healthy option for lunch this summer. It is quick and easy and oh so tasty.


1/3 C honey Dijon salad dressing
1/4 C mayonnaise
2 C cubed cooked chicken breast
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
Flour tortillas
4 lettuce leaves
1/2 C grated cheese


  1. In a bowl, combine salad dressing and mayonnaise and mix together well.
  2. Chop up the tomato, green pepper and chicken and add them into the mayonnaise and salad dressing mixture, stirring gently.
  3. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and line with lettuce and grated cheese.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture amoung the tortillas and roll them up tightly so that the filling is completely enclosed.

Tip: If you don’t want to serve them immediately, wrap in waxed paper and chill until ready to serve.
