Blueberry Rosemary Moscow Mule
 
Enjoy a new twist on this classic cocktail which combines the traditional flavours of ginger beer and vodka with a couple of extra special ingredients. It’s quick and easy to make, so you’ll be sitting back and enjoying this cool, refreshing drink within minutes. 
 
Ingredients
·         2 tablespoons fresh New Zealand blueberries
·         1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
·         60ml vodka
·         120ml ginger beer
 
In a tall glass, muddle half the fresh blueberries and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and add the remaining blueberries. Pour in the vodka and ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and more blueberries if desired. Serves 1.
 
Blueberry Sangria
 
This drink looks as good as it tastes! You can whip up an alcohol-free version also – just use apple juice instead of white wine for a refreshing drink your whole family can enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
 
Ingredients
·         1.5 cups ready-to-serve blueberry juice
·         1.5 cups chilled white wine or apple juice
·         ¼ cup orange-flavoured liqueur (optional)
·         1 orange, sliced
·         1 lemon, sliced
·         1 cup fresh New Zealand blueberries
·         1.5 cups chilled lemonade
 
Into a large jug, combine blueberry juice, wine and liqueur (if using). Add orange and lemon slices and fresh blueberries. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in the lemonade and pour into tall glasses over ice cubes if desired. Serves 6.

Place blueberries into a tall glass and press down with a muddler to extract the juice and flavour. Add vodka, agave nectar, crushed ice and stir. Top up with coconut water and garnish with blueberries. Serves 1.
