Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

Ingredients
1 pack Ceres organics Quinoa Rice Spaghetti
3 tablespoons Ceres Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, roughly crushed
1 fresh chili, finely sliced (optional)
1 tablespoons of Ceres Organics Capers, drained, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons of Ceres organics Karamata Olives, sliced in half and stone removed
1 pack Ceres organics Chopped Tomatoes Combi Pack
Ceres Organics Sea Salt,
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Method
- Cook pasta as directed on the pack. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté garlic until it just changes colour. Add the chili, caper and olives, cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and simmer until sauce is thick and reduced about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
- Toss pasta and basil in sauce. Serve warm.
