Here is a delicious treat for you chocolate lovers who are partial to a drop of Irish Cream. These Chocolate Baileys Truffles are to die for.
To make Bailey’s Truffles, you will need:
100g biscuit crumbs (arrowroot, wine biscuits or gingernuts are great). This is about 10 biscuits.
100g melted milk chocolate drops
Quarter cup of dessicated coconut
50g melted butter
2 Tablespoons of Baileys, Carolans or similar Irish Cream liqueur.
How to make Bailey’s Truffles:
Mix all ingredients together, roll into bite sized balls then chill in the fridge for an hour or two, or even overnight.
When cold, dust with icing sugar or cocoa and coconut.
A splash or more of Bailey’s is good for Irish luck 😉
