Fresh Fruit Smoothie Bowl
When we’re busy, it’s vital to keep our energy levels up – and the old adage is true, we are what we eat. This fresh fruit smoothie bowl can be made with any fruits you like – simply chop up whatever takes your fancy and decorate away.
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serves 2
250ml Greek yoghurt
30ml almond milk (we used Almond Breeze Unsweetened)
30ml coconut water
Crunchy cereal (we used Kellogg’s All Bran and Special K Protein 3-grain Granola)
Any seasonal fresh fruit, sliced
Blend yoghurt, almond milk and coconut water for a few seconds, and pour into a bowl. Arrange fruit, seeds and cereals across the top and serve.
