Milk is now joining the ever-growing trend with Kapiti launching Single Farm Organic Milk, traceable organic milk sourced straight from the Flipp Organic Farm, Oroua Downs in Manawatu.
The Flipp family are passionate about the qualities of organic farming, taking three years to
gain organic certification. Four generations live on the land along with their 600 Friesian
