ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Amanda Tiffen is a fulltime working mum in her forties.  She lives in Christchurch with her husband and two children. She has struggled with weight loss for most of her life, and thanks to reducing her sugar intake she finally has it under control. Weight for has always been a big part of Amanda’s life, and while she has tried to never let it consume her, it has always been the shadow lurking in front of her. Now that shadow is behind her, still there but out of sight.  Weight will always be a part of Amanda’s life, but now it’s in a positive light, and she is a much happier and healthier version of herself.
