A quick and easy 4 ingredient dessert to pop together, celebrating the flavours of our Kiwi classic, Anzac biscuits!

Serves Prep Time 10 Minutes Cook Time n/a

Ingredients 

13 Anzac Biscuits

Ice cream of your choice (we love Dairyworks Salted Caramel Cheesecake)

Caramel sauce (we love Delmaine)

Coconut threads

 

Method

  1. Into 6 sundae glasses, crumble one Anzac biscuit into each. Top with a scoop of ice cream, the drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut.
  2. Repeat the steps, and finish with a light sprinkle of 1 last biscuit. Serve immediately.
