Everybody loves dumplings, and these 3 dipping sauces are incredibly tasty and easy to prepare.

Sweet Chilli and Garlic

¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp caster sugar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add more vinegar or sugar to taste.

 

Soy and Ginger

1/2 cup soy sauce (we love Kikkoman)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp minced ginger
1 small spring onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp caster sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (we love Lee Kum Kee or Olivado)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

 

Red Curry and Coconut

100ml coconut milk
1 Tbsp Thai red curry paste
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp soy sauce (we love Kikkoman)
2 tsp fish sauce
2 teaspoons honey (we love Mother Earth)
1 tsp minced ginger

  1. In a pot, combine the coconut milk and curry paste. Stir to combine, then bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Cook until slightly thickened.
  2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, then pour in the coconut mixture and stir to combine.
