Ingredients ( 7 ingredients)
1 handful of strawberries, washed and stemmed
¼ pineapple chopped
1 banana, peeled
1 cup plain yoghurt
Seeds to sprinkle (we used sesame and linseed)
For a sustainable serving bowl, hollow out the pineapple.
You can freeze the remaining pineapple for making more smoothie bowls later
- Place strawberries, pineapple and banana in a blender and whizz until smooth
- Pour into pineapple bowl and top with your choice of toppings
