NEW wholefoods brand launch clean baking mixes for the Nigella or Paul Hollywood in all of
us. Positioned as an answer to the modern baker’s needs, Hill Street Wholefoods provides
easy to make, delicious to eat, affordable, wholefood baking mixes.

This innovative concept was developed by young Kiwi entrepreneur, Eliana Glover who is on
a mission to make baking at home not just easy, but appealing.

“I’m no Masterchef, but love the idea of home baking. Baking mixes appeal as an easy,
fool-proof option, however I’ve found traditional mixes to be high in refined sugar, additives
and preservatives. On the flip side, healthier baking always seems to include expensive
ingredients and can easily end up costing $50. “

Wholefoods. Affordable, plant-based baking mixes to meet the needs of the modern baker.”
This new range, which launches with Cacao Fudge Brownies, Banana Bread, Chewy Choc
Chip Cookies and Pancakes, is packed with nutritious, plant-based ingredients. Each is dairy
free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free and vegan-friendly.

You’re only restricted by your imagination as each recipe can be altered to bake it your own
way. The Hill St Wholefoods website hosts a number of different ideas you can create with
each clean mix.

As well as being nutritionally better for you, the packaging is designed to be better for the planet. The cardboard boxes are sourced sustainably and printed using vegetable based ink.

Any plastic used is made from compostable film. All of the mixes are made and packaged in New Zealand.

Eliana, whose family has over 18 years in the New Zealand food industry says she was drawn to launching her brand after seeing a gap in the baking mix category catering for contemporary shoppers. She then sought the expert advice from top chefs and bakers to create this initial range launching in supermarkets and top stores from late January 2019.
