Stir-fry Mixed Vegetables with Panda Oyster Sauce
500g Mixed Seasonal Vegetables
3 tbsp Panda Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp water

1. Stir-fry vegetables
2. Add Panda Oyster Sauce, stir through
3. Add water and stir for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Stir-fry Beef with Premium Oyster Sauce
225g Beef (sliced)
2 Spring Onions (chopped)
2 Garlic cloves(minced)
1 Red Chilli (sliced)
3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp water
1 tsp corn starch
Fresh spring onion and chilli to garnish

1. Marinade beef for 20 minutes.
2. Stir-fry beef until seared. Add springs onions, garlic, and red chilli. Stir well on a high heat.
3. Garnish with a little fresh spring onion and chilli.
