Clooney’s latest chef collaboration is about to become one of the hottest tickets in town, with just 20 guests set to enjoy the unparalleled fine dining experience.

The restaurant’s head chef, the talented Nobu Lee, will be joining forces with Nelly Robinson from Sydney institution nel. on Saturday July 6 for a unique celebration of food in an intimate kitchen table setting.

Both chefs will be hosting the dinner within Clooney’s stunning Belle Époque private dining room – and with a custom-designed open plan Gaggenau kitchen the hero of the room, the dinner will be incredibly interactive as Nelly and Nobu cook in front of their table of guests.

And those diners should expect the unexpected on the night, given both Nelly and Nobu are well-known for their imaginative menu creations.

Nelly has become one of Sydney’s top chef personalities, his attention to detail, especially when it comes to guest interaction, has earned him a loyal following of international and local guests.

Celebrated for his contemporary interpretations of modern Australian cuisine using the best seasonal produce, Nelly is looking forward to once more showcasing his fine dining philosophy on this side of the Tasman.

Clooney’s owner and manager Tony Stewart says this latest chef collaboration dovetails perfectly with Clooney’s focus on creating dishes that use fresh New Zealand produce in ways that embody progression and purpose.

The Clooney and Nel collaboration will consist of four canapés and a seven-course tasting menu. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event are $220 per person and include a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne on arrival. Wine pairing will also be available.
