Fine dining restaurant, Lillius have announced a one off exclusive long lunch with iconic Champagne House, Perrier-Jouët – bringing a touch of French elegance to modern Kiwi cuisine.

A specially created menu has been designed by Lillius Head Chef and Co-Owner, Fraser McCarthy, that pairs the very best of New Zealand’s produce with the fine floral notes and elegance found in every flute of Perrier-Jouët.

A culinary adventure of fine food, the Lillius Long Lunch will be hosted by Fraser himself, alongside Perrier-Jouët’s very own Champagne Ambassador, Ophélie Neil. Both Fraser and Ophélie will share their respective expertise on the food and Champagne perfectly paired in every course.

Fraser says the team at Lillius are excited to be partnering with Perrier-Jouët to bring an unforgettable experience to diners.

“At Lillius, we pride ourselves on bringing new and exciting creations to life. Inspired by the flavours and elegance of Perrier-Jouët, we have specially created a menu set to bring out wonderful flavour combinations that we can’t wait for people to try,” he says.

On arrival guests will enjoy a flute of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, with each course paired with one of the Perrier-Jouët range of premium Champagnes; everything from the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut to Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé. The event will conclude with a delicious desert paired with a Martell Cordon Bleu – a five course experience not to be missed.

The one-off event will take place on Sunday 11 August from 12:30pm – 2:30pm.Bookings are $150pp and available now directly through Lillius.
