- 1 cup Anchor Blue Milk
- ½ cup Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt
- ½ tsp Chantal Organics Kale Powder
- Large handful of The Fresh Grower Spinach Leaves
- ½ New Zealand Avocado
- 2 kiwifruit, sliced
- ½ tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Protein Powder
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
- Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
