Beef Marrow Fries with Rosemary and Parmesan

Beef marrow is the new duck fat, and boy does it make some crunchy and moreish fries cooked in an Airfryer! Sprinkled with fresh rosemary and grated Parmesan, these are seriously addictive.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 kg floury potatoes washed and peeled
  • ¼ cup Beef Marrow
  • Sea salt flakes
  • ¼ cup Superb Herb Fresh rosemary chopped
  • ½ cup parmesan grated

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into fries. Place into the DeLonghi Multifry Multi Cooker, and add a heaped spoonful of beef marrow. Place on the ‘fries’ setting, and set the timer to 35 minutes. Press start, and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with rosemary, Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

    So. You have a Link to the Hansells site but they do not have a brand called Chef Collection, nor are either Chef Collection or Beef Marrow recognised in their Search Engine??

      It is a brand new product. It is definitely theirs and definitely on NZ shelves. I think they may not have updated their website that’s all. The product is amazing.
