Block Burger

A tasty cheeseburger made into a block shape for fun!
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread thick slice, cut into squares
- 2 Angel Bay Gourmet Lite patties
- 2 slices tomato halved
- 4 slices cheese
- Kewpie mayo
- 2 pieces lettuce
- ¼ tsp sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the bread into squares and lightly toast it.
- Slice the tomato into rounds and halve each piece.
- Cook the Angel Bay patties according to the packet instructions.
- Assemble the burger: Place one slice of toasted bread down first. Spread mayo on the bread. Add a slice of cheese. Place a burger patty on top. Add a layer of lettuce. Arrange the tomato slices with the straight edge facing outward. Spread more mayo on top. Stack the second patty, another slice of cheese, then top with the second piece of toasted bread. Place two more slices of cheese on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Grill for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts
