Breakfast Bircher Muesli

Prepare Bircher Muesli ahead of time - the wet mix will increase the flavour, smooth the texture and make the nutrients more available. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Ingredients
- 180 g Harraways oats
- 500 ml milk of your choice
- 100 ml apple juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large apple grated
- 50 g Freshlife sliced almonds
- 350 g plain Greek yogurt
Toppings
- 20 g Freshlife sliced almonds lightly toasted
- Fresh fruit raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, extra grated apple—your pick!
- Extra yogurt if desired
- Cinnamon
- Honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, apple juice, grated apple, lemon juice, Fresh Life sliced almonds, and Greek yogurt.
- Divide the mixture between 4 jars, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with cinnamon, honey, fresh fruit, and extra almonds.
