Ingredients

  • 6 Huntley & Palmers Cream Crackers
  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 1 large free range egg
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the crackers to a fine crumb.
  • Add to a large mixing bowl along with all other ingredients.
  • Mix by hand and work the mixture until smooth and even looking.
  • Separate the mixture into 6 balls and shape into patties, pressing in the center of each with your finger slightly (this will prevent the patties from rising and losing their shape). Make sure the patties are slightly larger than the buns you are planning to use as they will shrink during the cooking process.
  • Cook your patties and serve with your favourite burger toppings.
  • Enjoy!
