Dippy Eggs with Brioche Bunnies

This simple, but lovely idea for Easter at home will delight your children: cute brioche bunnies for a fun breakfast.

  • Put eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and add the vinegar (this helps prevent the shells from cracking). Bring to the boil over a medium heat.
  • Once boiling, set a timer and cook for 3 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of brioche and cut out bunny shapes with a cookie or sandwich cutter. Don’t throw away the scraps - use them to make breadcrumbs for our Brioche Chocolate Truffles*.
  • Place the eggs in your cutest egg cups, knock off the tops, and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper if desired. Place the Brioche Bunnies on the plate next to the eggs and watch your children enjoy their Easter-themed breakfast!
