Whipping cream for a trifle or pavlova? Then flavour it with our quick hacks to make it special and even more delicious!
Ingredients
Cocoa & Kahlua
- ½ cup Anchor Cream
- 1 cap Kahlua liquor
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Berry
- ½ cup Anchor Cream
- 1 tbsp berry compote or mashed fresh berries
- 1 tsp freeze dried raspberries
Pecan & Honey
- ½ cup Anchor Cream
- 1 tsp Airborne Honey
- 1 tbsp Alison’s Pantry Pecans chopped
Instructions
- In a standalone mixer or bowl whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix in flavours.
