Pulled beef tacos with hot barbecue sauce

Ingredients
Slow-cooked Beef Brisket
- 1 beef brisket 1.8-2kg
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tin tomato
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ bottle Sweet Sting Smoky Joe sauce
- salt & pepper

- 8 corn tortillas
- cabbage shredded
- grated cheese
- fresh coriander
Instructions
- Combine the dry herbs in a bowl. Season the beef with seasoning, patting on to all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large Heavy based pan, brown the brisket on either side till golden brown.
- Transfer the brisket to the slow cooker, add the onion, tin tomatoes and Worchester sauce.
- Cook 7-8 hours on low till tender.
- Remove the Beef from the pot. Using two forks shred the beef. Transfer the beef to a bowl, add Sweet Sting smokey joe sauce and a little cooking liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave. To assemble place the chopped cabbage, Smokey joe pulled beef grated cheese and fresh coriander on to the warmed tacos.
