Vanilla Icecream

This stunning Somerset Cottage recipe for homemade vanilla icecream is just divine. How impressed will everyone be with your speckled, icy, vanilla gorgeousness!

Serves 6

To make your own homemade vanilla icecream, you need:

4 Egg Yolks
125gm Castor Sugar
1tsp Heilala Vanilla Paste
Beat above until thick and white.

750ml Cream
100gm Sugar
Beat above until thick.

Add the above two batches together and stir together. The mix should be thick.

For an extra special vanilla vodka icecream:

Add 40mls of vodka – stir well then freeze.
