Sticky pork ribs with hasselback garlic bread & slaw

Cooked ribs and mini garlic breads and slaw on a board.
There is nothing like digging into a plate of ribs, and these sweet and sticky ribs are served alongside some buttery hasselback garlic bread and coleslaw!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack pre-made sweet and sticky ribs
  • 8 small bread rolls
  • 100 g butter softened
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pack store bought Ranch slaw with dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ribs in the oven or on the BBQ as per packet instructions.
  • To make the garlic bread, use a knife to hasselback the bread rolls. In a bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, oregano and seasoning. Use a knife to evenly spread the butter into the slices of the bread rolls. Place on a baking tray, and bake at 190 °C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • To serve, toss the slaw with the dressing and serve alongside the cooked ribs and garlic bread.
