Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed mushrooms make a hearty and healthy meal that even the kids could help with to keep busy over the holidays. For those who aren't the biggest fan of mushrooms - stuffing is the way to go.
Ingredients
- 20 medium flat mushrooms stems removed
- 4 slices grain bread
- 50 g blue cheese
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 100 g brie or camembert
- hand full of basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
Instructions
- Put everything (except for the mushrooms) into a blender and blend until the mixture is just combined.
- Top the mushrooms with the mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Then grill for 5 mins or until the tops are golden brown.
