    Hi there
This was very runny so couldn’t roll into balls, instead I put it in a Swiss roll tin and sprinkled coconut on top. I’m sure it will be equally yummy ?

It is best to pop the mixture in the fridge to help it set before rolling into balls. We’ve adjusted the recipe steps to reflect this.
