Ingredients
 
 

  • 12 Angel Bay meatballs
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 wraps
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 20 g brown onion chopped
  • 40 g Mainland grated cheese
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup pickles sliced
  • Spray oil

Burger Sauce

  • 40 g Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 20 g ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Tortilla Bowls: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly spray two oven-proof bowls with spray oil and press the wraps inside to form a bowl shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.
  • Cook the Meatballs: Prepare the Angel Bay meatballs according to the packet instructions.
  • Assemble the Tortilla Cups: Remove the tortilla bowls from the oven and fill them with chopped lettuce, cooked meatballs, mozzarella cheese, brown onion, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
