Tortilla Cups with meatballs

Easy tortilla cups filled with salad and lovely meatballs! Crunchy, fun, and delicious snack at any time.
Ingredients
- 12 Angel Bay meatballs
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 wraps
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
- 20 g brown onion chopped
- 40 g Mainland grated cheese
- 1 tsp 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ cup pickles sliced
- Spray oil
Burger Sauce
- 40 g Best Foods mayonnaise
- 20 g ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Tortilla Bowls: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly spray two oven-proof bowls with spray oil and press the wraps inside to form a bowl shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. Set aside.
- Cook the Meatballs: Prepare the Angel Bay meatballs according to the packet instructions.
- Assemble the Tortilla Cups: Remove the tortilla bowls from the oven and fill them with chopped lettuce, cooked meatballs, mozzarella cheese, brown onion, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
