Bailey's chocolate truffles
Here is a delicious treat for you chocolate lovers who are partial to a drop of Irish Cream. These Chocolate Baileys Truffles are to die for.

Chilling time 1 hour hr
Total Time 1 hour hr 15 minutes mins
- 100 g biscuit crumbs arrowroot, wine biscuits or gingernuts
- 100 g milk chocolate drops melted
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 50 g butter melted
- 2 tbsp Baileys or similar Irish Cream liqueur.
- icing sugar or cocoa to dust
Mix all ingredients together, roll into bite sized balls then chill in the fridge for an hour or two, or even overnight.
When cold, dust with icing sugar or cocoa and coconut.
