Cheesy spaghetti nests
Too busy to shop today? As long as you've got bread, butter, cheese and a tin of spaghetti, you've got dinner! Try adding ham for a meatier option, or if you'd like one of the 5+ a day in here, hide a cherry tomato in the middle of the cheesy spaghetti. Yum!

- 6 slices bread wholemeal or white
- 50 g butter
- 1 can spaghetti 420g
- 250 g tasty cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Butter one side of the bread then firmly press bread, butter side down, into muffin cases, ensuring the bread reaches the top of the sides of the muffin holes.
Mix about half the cheese through the spaghetti, then divide mixture evenly between nests.
Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese over the nests with the oregano, season to taste, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Serve and enjoy.
