Ingredients
1 cancream of chicken soup420g
½cupmilk
½cupsour cream
1clovegarliccrushed
½tspeach of salt and pepper
1.2kgpotatoessliced unpeeled
1onionchopped
½cupgrated cheese
½cupbread crumbs
Instructions
Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, crushed garlic and salt and pepper in a small saucepan and heat to combine. Set aside.
Place and layer sliced, unpeeled potatoes and chopped onion in a lidded, oven-proof, greased baking dish. Pour creamy mixture over the top. Bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes, covered. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over the top and return to oven for 20 minutes, uncovered. Cook until crisp and golden.
