Ambrosia
This amazing Ambrosia recipe is great for a dinner party or BBQ when you'd like something sweet. If you've got your pantry stocked properly, you'll have all the ingredients. 5 minutes to mix together and voila a great looking and tasting dessert.

Chilling time 30 minutes mins
Total Time 35 minutes mins
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice or syrup
- 1 can mandarin orange segments
- 1 ½ cup seedless grapes
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
Drain pineapple. Drain oranges. Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut, chocolate chips and nuts.
Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir into fruit mixture. Spoon in desired dessert dishes or one big dish is also great. Chill.
Of course you can use fresh fruit as well but this recipe is a great when guest drop in unexpectedly if you have your pantry stocked, only 5 mins to mix together and 30 mins to chill.
Serve in funky cocktail glasses for that wow factor with coconut shavings as garnish.
