Ingredients
140gbutter
2tbspgolden syrup
1cupraw sugar
2tbspcocoa powder
1 ½cupsplain flour
1tspbaking powder
1 ½cupsfruity muesli
¼cuproasted nutsroughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
In a large pot, melt the butter, golden syrup and raw sugar together, stirring well for a few minutes until well combined and golden.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in flour, baking powder, muesli, and nuts.
Mix together well and press into a lightly greased slice tin.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the tin when cool and place on a wire rack. Slice into 10-12 muesli bars. Store in an airtight container up to a week.
