Pulled pork and apple slaw burgers
Your dinner guests or family won’t need to know you’re telling porkies when you tell them you made these pulled pork burgers from scratch! Deliciously easy and packed with flavour.

- 4 burger buns
- 250 g store bought coleslaw
- ½ green apple julienned
- ¼ cup Superb Herb mint
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 small lemon juice
- 1 pack Hellers pulled pork
Slice the burger buns in half, and toast in the oven until lightly golden.
To make the slaw combine the slaw mix, apple, mint, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
In a pot or microwave, heat the pulled pork as per pack instruction.
To assemble, divide the slaw amongst the bottom half of the buns. Spoon the pulled pork over the slaw, then place the bun lid on top. Serve immediately.
