Red coleslaw with Asian-style vinaigrette
Something different for the barbecue table! An asian-style slaw with vinaigrette.

- 1 cup red cabbage finely sliced
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 Red Capsicum sliced
- ½ cup Fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 clove garlic crushed
Place cabbage, onions, carrot, capsicum and coriander in a serving dish.
To make dressing, combine oils, vinegar, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.
Drizzle dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
