Cucumber and tomato bites

Ingredients

1 cucumber
1 tsp lemon zest
120 g Tatua Crème Fraîche
Salt and pepper
120 g cherry tomatoes halved
2 tsp Superb Herb dill for garnish

Instructions

Peel and slice cucumber into ½ centimeter slices.
In a bowl, mix lemon zest, crème fraîche, and season to taste.
To assemble, top a cucumber slice with a dollop (about 1/2 tsp) of crème fraîche mixture, half a tomato, a little more crème fraîche and garnish with fresh dill.
